Darghelm, in the Foothills of Ulvania
The hardy people of Ulvania value family bonds and friends over all else, so Darghelm has developed an extensive network of taverns, cozy inns, and messaging systems. I've just made live a couple of changes to the clan interface.

Exiles -- The exiled status of an ex-clan member can now be rescinded. This simply allows the ex-member to rejoin if invited again. They'll still have to meet all requirements for joining (location, level, alignment, so forth). Naturally, a clan activity message will be generated for rescinding an exile and the player in question will receive a report updating them of their new status.

Spies -- Due to paying closer attention to the rumours and grumblings of clan apprentices, Magistrates will now notice if a particular clan member has possible ties to another clan. This new info is presented on the membership list for Magistrates and Magistrates alone. These are abbreviated checks for the purposes of speed; for example, it does not distinguish between someone who was in your clan first and is now spying on another clan and someone who joined your clan only to spy. Both will be noted the same way. Being an abbreviated check, it's also possible this notification may miss an actual spy or generate a false positive, so Magistrates would be wise to take some time to ponder the suspect's status before rapidly striking that "exile" button.

I've also changed the active skirmish display so that it takes up a bit less vertical space.

Have fun, and as always let me know of bugs. :)

But... but what will the Inquisition do now? Doc Strange put a scratch on the rack hauling it up the stairs and they'll never give us a full refund! And we just bought a whole new set of manacles, too...

Does this detect mules using the new logic, or just those who were once part of a different clan?

you can detect mules by the smell. as for the moles, probably it looks for code saying that a character still belongs to a guild or has joined a second one.

I was figuring it uses the same check as the mulit-account does. If a single person has accounts in more than one Clan, they show up as a Spy.

That's what I was asking about, if it does so or if it only detects those who have gone from one clan to another in the same account.

I'm going to say 'Yes' on that one.

I have a second account who is not/has never been part of a Clan and I triggered this notice in my Clan.

Any chance of being able to exile/ban people that haven't joined, or joined but left? Delano popped in to look around I guess, but left before I noticed, so he's free to do it again should he choose. Would be nice to be able to blacklist people.

I'm glad you managed to find a better clan. It's not automatic banning - the SM has to decide to ban someone from the clan. That's not a game feature, that's the SM being unreasonable.
