Darghelm, in the Foothills of Ulvania
The hardy people of Ulvania value family bonds and friends over all else, so Darghelm has developed an extensive network of taverns, cozy inns, and messaging systems. Also, any reward system would either really punnish or reward NoPVP people depending on how it works for them.

Eh, one would assume that since nopvp doesn't require a guard, they don't get the benefit. I'm not sure how that punishes them, since they choose to opt out of pvp to avoid attacks.

Well i can tell you i am more of a PVE than PVP player. I don't get satisfaction from ruining someone elses experience. But since the game has been relatively decent (aka not a whole lot of griefers) thats not a problem to me.

The only way i would consider doing the opt out is if i either wanted to start making people angry (i do have a big mouth but mostly i can keep it under control) or if someone decided to make me their punching bag (clans help deter that unless you go to war). For the most part i like the fact that this game makes it more of an option then a necessary function. Personally i don't see much of a point to opting out right now, unless you really managed to make someone angry.

Edit: I love how after i make a comment such as this suddenly a level 33 decides to attack me since he only gained 5xp off my golem i can only guess its spite or he believes i will be knocked over quickly so he can raid my resources.

So, you can't put out legless golems and such anymore, but you can still leave out a golem without a power source. Seems like that should also be prevented.

Last time I did that by accident, I got a message saying something along the lines of "Without an animating spirit, that golem will be defenseless!" So, I didn't think this was possible at all, but I've still seen it.

I don't know how it happened, but I know from clanmates that it's somehow possible yeah.

Just tested it, you can put a PSless golem outside without any problem. Which is annoying and has not only gotten some people smashed but can also lead to inter-Clan disputes if the attacker hits the Shadow instead by mistake. So having this added to the 'can't guard' list would be useful.
