I would like to see a system implemented where two magi can have some sort of one on one duel like a skirmish, with some mechanic to help dissuade people from joining in. Something that has a short duration and can't be immediately restarted would be best say a three day duel. Maybe some small reward for the winner or better yet a dueling rating. |

Usually if you keep raiding someone's workshop, they notice. You can both keep track of how many golems each of you has killed and your score gets a bonus for it anyways. As for rewards, you can sometimes raid good stuffs from opponents. Unless they've hidden it all on the market or in the clan or thrown it all into building projects. Don't like to shoot down ideas but Arkham's got enough big stuff to be getting along with, hint hint! |

The problem with the current system is there isn't really a way to fight one on one other than just beating the same person over and over, and if your in a clan there isn't a way to fight without starting a skirmish. Also there is no way to decide skirmishes without someone basically giving up. A dueling system would offer a way to have a champion decide things with skirmishes. Alternately you could take on someone outside of a skirmish and not start one. Add to this that it offers a way to become known throughout the land if there were a rating involved. And I agree he has plenty on his plate already, but there is no harm with an idea being suggested for the future. |
